Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Senior SME with strong expertise in telecom product delivery and Agile execution. The role focuses on leading cross-functional teams, driving end-to-end delivery of promotions and front-end initiatives, and ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and engineering teams. The ideal candidate brings deep domain knowledge in telecommunications, hands-on experience working with large-scale enterprise systems, and a proven ability to coach teams in Agile best practices while ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of complex programs.

Years of Experience Needed 

15+ years of experience in software engineering, telecom systems, and Agile delivery.

Technical Skills:

• Telecom domain expertise with focus on BSS and promotions management
• Scrum Master and Agile delivery leadership
• Front-end application delivery and SME-level system knowledge
• Enterprise software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Stakeholder management and cross-team coordination
• Tools: Jira, Agile dashboards, enterprise delivery tools

Certifications Needed:

No mandatory certifications required (Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus).
