• Vy Systems never requests payment for job applications, interviews, job offers, background verification, training, equipment, or visas.

• Vy Systems does not extend job offers without a formal interview process conducted through official company channels.

• Vy Systems does not ask candidates to share sensitive financial information, such as bank account details, credit card numbers, or OTPs, during recruitment.

• Official communication from Vy Systems is conducted only through authorized company email domains and verified contact channels.

• Any request to make payments through personal bank accounts, digital wallets, gift cards, or cryptocurrency is not associated with Vy Systems.

Common Warning Signs of Fraud

You may be dealing with a fraudulent interaction if:

• You are asked to pay a fee to secure a job, interview, or offer letter

• The communication contains poor grammar, urgency, or pressure tactics

• You receive offers without interviews or technical discussions

• The sender uses unofficial email IDs or messaging platforms while claiming urgency

• You are asked to keep the offer or transaction confidential

What You Should Do

If you receive any communication, job offer, or request that you believe may be fraudulent—or if you encounter any suspicious interaction from someone claiming to represent Vy Systems or its allied companies—please report it immediately.
