We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Developer / Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Telecom Business Support Systems (BSS) and large-scale enterprise system integrations. The role involves leading end-to-end technical delivery, defining scalable integration architectures, and driving seamless collaboration between business, product, and engineering stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on development experience combined with architectural leadership, Agile delivery, and the ability to manage complex dependencies across multiple enterprise platforms while ensuring reliability, performance, and business continuity. 

Years of Experience Needed 

12+ years of experience in software development, system integration, and telecom BSS platforms. 

Technical Skills: 

• Telecom Business Support Systems (BSS)
  • Enterprise system integration and architecture
  • Programming languages: C, SQL, PL/SQL, Pro*C, Python, Perl
  • UNIX / Linux (HP Unix, Linux)
  • Shell scripting, batch job processing, automation frameworks
  • Agile / Scrum delivery
  • Tools: Git, GitLab, Jira, Eclipse
